First, please go to the ‘Search Bar’ and type in ‘Software Centre’ and then press the ‘Enter key’ on the keyboard. 

When opened please type ‘Sawgrass‘ into the search bar and then press the ‘Enter key’ on the keyboard.

You will now find the Sawgrass software to install. Please click the Sawgrass icon and click the ‘install’ button. 

When going through the installer in the ‘Select components to install’ section please untick the ‘Run on system start’ tick box. 

Then click install. 

Please then allow the installer to install the Sawgrass software. 

During the installation this window will appear, please click ‘Install’ to continue with the installation. 

During this stage of the installation this is where things get tricky. 

Please now Logout of your current session by pressing and holding ALT, CTRL, DELETE. 

When at the Logout page to ‘Continue Sign out’ or ‘Cancel’ please click ‘Cancel’. 

Once you have cancelled the Logout or once you have logged out and logged back in, Sawgrass Print Manager should be installed. 

Please follow the procedures to sign into Sawgrass Print Manager or search for the application in the Windows Search bar. 

Once the installer has finished and the Sawgrass software has installed a window should pop up prompting a sign-in. 

If you haven’t got a Sawgrass Print Manager account then please create a new account using your MMHS email address.
