- Ensure that the 3CX app is installed on your PC - you can usually do this by checking the Start Menu. It may be under 'Recommended' or you may have to click 'All Apps' or use the search facility. If it is not installed, please raise a ticket via the helpdesk.
- Open Google Chrome and navigate to watergrove.3cx.uk then login with your email address and password. If you are unable to login, please click 'Forgot password?' on the logon screen. If you are still unable to login after completed the helpdesk.
- Once logged in, you should be presented with 3CX web app - clicking the smallQR symbol in the top-right hand corner will provide you with the means to set up your desktop app.
- On the 'Install...' screen, click the blue 'here' link then the blue 'Provision' button:
- You should get a prompt to 'Open 3CX' - please do so:
- The 3CX app will then open and automatically log you in. You should now be ready to make and recieve calls from your PC.
